A comparison service, not medical advice

Bobbi Health Pty Ltd (ACN 690 319 316) operates Bobbi as an independent comparison service. We are not a clinic, a telehealth provider or a pharmacy, and we do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or dispense.

Everything on our website and comparison app is general information. It is not medical advice and does not take your health, history or circumstances into account. Any care you receive is provided by the provider you choose, after its own clinical assessment of you. Always talk to a qualified health professional before making decisions about your health.

Where our information comes from

Fees, wait times, availability and other details in a comparison come from providers. They can change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that they are complete, accurate or current when you see them. Please confirm fees, what is included and availability with the provider before you book.

We do not claim to compare every provider in Australia, or every service a provider offers.

Examples on this site

Some tables, prices, savings and provider examples on our website are illustrative. They show how a comparison works. They are not offers or quotes from real providers, and your own results may differ.

Providers are independent

Providers listed on Bobbi are independent businesses. Bobbi does not employ them, supervise their clinical judgment or control the services they provide. If you book with a provider, your agreement is with that provider, and it is responsible for its own care, fees, refunds and handling of your information.

How we rank and how we are funded

Your matches are ordered on what you tell us. No provider can pay to rank higher. At launch, no provider is charged to be listed or shown in your results. For the detail, see how we rank and how we make money.

Limits of our liability

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Bobbi is not responsible for loss or damage arising from information provided by providers or other third parties, from any act or omission of a provider, or from decisions you make or care you receive after using Bobbi.
