Accessibility
Last updated 2 October 2026
Everyone should be able to compare healthcare providers on Bobbi, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our website and comparison app.
What that means in practice
- Every page and form can be used with a keyboard alone.
- Pages are structured with headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
- Text and controls meet colour contrast requirements, and comparisons never rely on colour alone.
- Animation is reduced or removed if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages work when zoomed and on small screens.
Tell us if something doesn’t work
If any part of Bobbi is hard to use, let us know what you were trying to do and which page you were on. We’ll work to fix it, and help you get what you need in the meantime.
